ECO HEROES MEETING
SOLAR PANELS ARE GO!
Our most recent meeting was organised and run by our Year 6 Eco Heroes, Amy and Josh. Top of the agenda was the proposal to install solar panels on our roof thus saving the school money and reducing our carbon foot print. The children were unanimously in favour of the project and this was fed back to the Governing Body of the school who after much deliberation have given the green light to the proposal. All being well with planning etc. we aim to have them installed at the beginning of the summer holidays.
Remember that June is the designated ‘GO WILD’ month organised by Essex Outdoors, so get outside and enjoy nature.
