Complaints Procedure


In accordance with the requirements of the Education Reform Act, the Local Authority has made arrangements for the consideration of complaints about the school curriculum and related matters. The document is held in school and is available on request.

It is assumed and anticipated that every effort to resolve complaints will be made, through discussion with the school and Governors. However, it is recognised that there may be concerns, which cannot be resolved informally, and the correct procedure needs to be followed.
